This property is being sold as is. We owner financed this property and had to repossess it because of lack of payments. The buyers left a lot of trash, which we are still in the process of cleaning up. It has four bedrooms and two baths, upgraded septic system, good insulation, which includes under the house, electric is in good condition and it has a new roof. There is some replacement windows. As soon as we finish cleaning the property, we will be adding more photos.

The house structure is in very good condition but it does needs work. The people we foreclosed on did damage the property, plus they started working on the property and did not complete what they started. They took the outside heat pump and the cabinets in the kitchen. The outside chimney where there was a fireplace was taken down and needs to be filled in with block/brick on the outside. The inside where the fireplace was has been completed/finished with sheet rock.
